Model Overview
Called the \”Lone Star\” this model is an outstanding star of a two-story home. Its approximately 1961 sq ft features a great layout including living room, dining room, kitchen with nook, utility and even a half-bath on the first floor.
Upstairs the open foyer provides privacy between the Master Suite and Bedrooms 2 and 3. In addition, Bath 2 is easily accessible from bedrooms 2 and 3. Also, available with this floorplan is a Factory-Built Garage attached.
