Pictured is Mr. Perison and his class during the field trip inside of a Manufactured Home setup at Owl Homes of Fredonia.

FREDONIA, NY May 18, 2022 – Randolph Central School Mr. Perison’s Residential Design and Home Maintenance students visited Owl Homes of Fredonia, WNY’s Leading Modular and Manufactured Home Builder for a class field trip.

Students learned the difference between Modular and Manufactured homes, seen some footage of how the homes are made and then shown how a home is set and completed from start to finish.

They also learned that Owl Homes of Fredonia has an incredible staff on-site that assists with purchasing, designing, financing and construction needs that will get you ready to build your next new home.

“Owl Homes of Fredonia knows strength comes from within our community,” states Dominic Bellanti, Owner/President Owl Homes. “When we were approached with an opportunity to host Randolph Central School, we were honored to be a part of them learning about what the process of building a home entails and how we do things here.”

Students finished up their time by touring the inside and outside of both Modular and Manufactured homes setup on the lot.
“The kids had a great time and learned a lot.” Mr. Perison expressed,  “It also served to help them understand so much of what we covered in class.”
